We are looking for an  
(Senior) Internal Communication Manager (m/f/d) 
(permanent, full-time) – Join our team at one of our locations in Berlin or Verl – flexible working conditions available 

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that engage employees and drive alignment during times of change
• Partner with leaders and teams to create informative and inspiring content across various internal channels
• Foster an inclusive communication culture that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our global workforce
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and analytics to improve engagement
• Manage multiple communication projects and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely execution
• Continuously evaluate and refine communication tools, approaches, and formats to enhance employee experience. 

 
What you need to succeed in the role: 

• A degree in Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international FinTech
• Proven track record in strategizing and implementing communication initiatives with an employee-centric approach
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easily digestible way
• Sensitivity and competence in working with diverse cultures and stakeholders
• Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken) are essential
