In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving an accurate month-end close, performing insightful financial analysis, and supporting critical accounting functions. As a key contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our financial operations and help shape the future of the company.</p> <p>The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for daily and monthly journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This role will participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages, account analysis, and ad hoc reporting. The successful candidate will be prepared to contribute to a fast-paced and growing organization.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.</li> <li>Executing assigned tasks in a timely manner with appropriate supporting documentation.</li> <li>Prepare and post daily and monthly journal entries accurately and on schedule.</li> <li>Develop knowledge of company’s operation, banking activities and maintain an accounting-focused mindset.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reconciliations &amp; Account Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare daily reconciliations of bank accounts.</li> <li>Perform daily reconciliations between the general ledger and reporting software; resolve discrepancies by identifying root causes and collaborating with the appropriate functional or technical teams to maintain data integrity.</li> <li>Substantiate general ledger accounts utilizing the Blackline reconciliation system.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis</strong>&l
