Supports the Regional Compliance Officer, Americas & Europe, in the management of Hikma’s Corporate Compliance Program. The role will have focus on Training & Communications, as well support various Compliance operational activities. The Senior Compliance Analyst will be expected to effectively partner with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsiblities:

Assisting with the management of review cycles for global Compliance Policies and SOPs

Assisting with implementation of the Compliance branding and awareness strategy

Assisting with the development of Compliance Policies and SOPs
-
Assisting with the development of annual Compliance Training Plans
-
Assisting with reports and presentations as needed
-
Assisting with the integration of Best Practices for Training modalities and methodologies
-
Developing and maintaining Regional Compliance website
-
Developing and issuing Monthly Compliance Newsletter
-
Developing digests for regional and global Teams
-
Developing and distributing Compliance Communications collateral
-
Managing Compliance Communications plans and strategic initiatives
-
Managing Quarterly Meetings with Key Stakeholders
-
Managing the Regional Compliance Intranet site
-
Preparing presentations and reports on Communication goals and activities
-
Performing Compliance Training Tracking across both regions
-
Performing other administrative activities for the Team as required

Working with Corporate Social Responsibility Team as Compliance Business Liaison

Working with the Compliance Data Analytics Director on development of Compliance Communication KPIs
-
Working closely with Corporate Communications on the Compliance Communication
-
Strategy Some domestic travel may be required (less than 25%).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-
Experience in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.), Financial systems, Concur
-
3-5 years of experience in related field
-
Working knowledge of compliance issues
