The Customer Success Specialist’s role is to participate in the planning, coordination, solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies to HID FARGO Connect, FARGO printers and other cloud-based solutions. Given end users and partners help shape our roadmap, proven communication skills are a must. Collaboration with all facets of the solution from hardware team to final integrations should excite you.
Problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.

As our Customer Success Specialist, you’ll support HID’s success by:
• Participating in and/or leading, the planning of integration projects.
• Designing, developing, and delivering integration solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
• Assisting with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.
• Developing standards, processes, and documenting to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives including installation and upgrade procedures.
• Assisting with identifying opportunities to enhance or improve business processes
• Providing guidance to other Secure Issuance & HID development members.
• Regularly meeting with end users/partners and support industry events
• Collaborating with Prod IT team in maintaining and monitoring production software
Your Experience and Background include:
• Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer science or computer engineering
• 2 years+ direct experience in software development or delivery.
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping
• Knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases, structed data, and management techniques is a plus
