Customer Service Expert - Hybrid

You will learn the important aspects of the day-to-day work within our Customer Service Team, and its supporting departments.   As a Customer Service Expert at StubHub, you will be  ·         Giving quick, accurate, and friendly service ·         Meet and exceed customer service metrics as set by the company within 90 days of hire ·         Take ownership and responsibility to get tasks and contacts completed on time ·         Work on multiple tools, tasks and ad hoc requests as operationally required to meet our team performance metrics ·         Represent our platform and tools to customers, educating them to navigate and self-serve where possible ·         Build lasting relationships with customers, and other team members ·         Be reliable, be on time and come in as scheduled  We would like to see someone who has: ·         Communication Skills - Outstanding written and oral communication skills ·         Computer Skills – ability to navigate through computer programs and email with ease ·         People Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills, being capable of empathizing, communicating, and resolving conflicts in an assertive way ·         Problem Solving -Understanding scenarios, making decisions, and suggesting appropriate answers/solutions according to available resources ·         Quick Learner –Learning and adapting to new technologies and tools ·         Time Management - Organized and reliable, prioritizing, working well under pressure to meet deadlines ·         Teamwork - Adaptable, flexible, approachable, and collaborative towards team goals and interests ·         Positive Attitude - A sense of humour and positive “make-it-work” attitude ·         Results Driven - Strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude and ability to create momentum based on goals ·         Fluency in English (any additional language greatly welcomed!)   Experience and working hours: This is an entry-level position, and we are not looking for a specific background, but the right attitude! Hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely)  ·         All the training for the role will be provided – paid training ·         A computer and other equipment will be provided (be sure to have a quiet and dedicated working space when working on your remote days, with sufficient internet access to support) ·         You will be working an 8-hour shift ·         Must be flexible with working hours and weekends ·         MUST BE within driving distance to the Draper, UT office·         Must be available and willing to work a hybrid schedule  What we offer At StubHub, we are proud of our multicultural and vibrant culture, innovative offices, and the newest technologies used.
