Sales Coordinator

I. Job Summary 

Under direct supervision, assists in administering the sales policies and procedures, and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager. 

 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments. 

Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes. 

Position requires accurate data entry skills and proficiency with various computer systems such as MS Office and Salesforce. 

Process sales representatives’ paperwork along with performing various other functions for sales team. 

Possible interaction with customers via phone for clarification or more information in order to process paperwork/orders.

Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience 

Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited). 

Experience: Two (2) years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement). 

Applicable experience may be substituted for education requirements. 

 

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements 

 

None required. 

 

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required 

None required.
