Lead and coordinate high-impact operational programs, drive key projects to successful completion, and track KPIs that support the strategic goals of our engineering center.
You will be at the heart of delivering and executing strategic initiatives while providing critical support to senior leaders. As both a program manager and chief of staff, you will coordinate complex projects, monitor performance against key metrics, and champion operational excellence within our world-class engineering team.
This role involves non-routine, highly complex work requiring advanced technical and business skills. As a key contributor and mentor, you will set direction, ensure execution, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Product management knowledge, a passion for data-driven decisions, and strong leadership are essential.

- Operational Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- KPI Tracking and Reporting: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Provide regular reporting and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Project and Program Management: Lead and deliver cross-functional projects by establishing clear deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Track progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely completion.
- Executive Communications: Prepare status updates, dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leaders to support transparency and informed planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute on opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance team performance.
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project status, action items, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Team Enablement: Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology, with a strong background in program or project management, product management, or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to operational detail.
- Experience with process improvement and organizational change initiatives (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) are beneficial.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
