The Innovation Project Manager is responsible for executing critical, multi-domain innovation projects, providing strategic direction, and aligning with diverse partners to drive the organization forward, working under limited supervision.
Your role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility Respiratory Care programs across global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams to meet goals related to quality, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Navigate matrixed organizations and multi-site structures, ensuring program cohesion, risk management, and issue resolution through robust tracking and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA design controls and global standards; manage project execution in alignment with QMS and PRP processes.
- Mentor junior team members, manage key KPIs, support business continuity, and resolve product or customer issues effectively.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a minimum in Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Biomedical
- A Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in product/solution development within FDA-regulated medical device or technology sectors.
- Minimum of 8+ years leading cross-functional project or program management in regulated MedTech environments, including stage-gate new product development.
- PMP certification required; strong familiarity with PMBOK methodologies and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership in matrix organizations, with a systems-thinking mindset, excellent communication, and a drive for results.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to coach others, simplify complex problems, and deliver results with speed.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (New Kensington, PA) is $124,000 to $199,000.00.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
