HR Business Partner- Factory Leioa

Job Purpose: The HRBP will support the HR team in driving talent and leadership development, capability building to accelerate digitalization and the future of work, and performance coaching at the Leioa factory. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture, managing absenteeism, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent & Leadership Development:
- Develop and implement talent development programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Ensure the smooth execution of talent processes such as the Development People Forum and APR exercises.
- Cascade global materials into the factory to ensure talent aligns with business value.
- Ensure compliance with global and local requirements, including equity audits, talent and workforce planning.
- Maintain key metrics and KPIs to monitor results and drive continuous improvement.
- Capability Building:
- Lead the strategy for upskilling and reskilling people, connecting with SU, BUs, Global SC Networks, etc. From first line workers to managers, from legal & mandatory to digital expertise.
- Implement training programs that support the future of work, digital transformation and automation.
- Design pioneering development and training initiatives, considering collaborations with government, benchmark with other UL facilities, and insights from local factories.
- Performance Coaching:
- Provide performance coaching to employees and managers to enhance individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement programs to manage absenteeism and promote an engaging and performance culture.
- Advises on Reward & Performance Management tools. Works closely with managers to ensure they understand how performance management tools combine to enhance performance, and attract, engage, and retain employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, particularly in talent and leadership development, capability building, and performance coaching.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
