Hi there potential pack member! We're a hungry, young marketing agency looking for the next amazing Digital Advertising Specialist to join our crew.

We (MeanPug Digital) are a young digital agency looking for amazing individuals to join our pack as a digital advertising specialist! As a full-service agency, you will get to wear many hats, as we have a substantial set of clients all with very different needs. Every day will have new different challenges.

What you'll be doing:

• Building out paid search advertising campaigns for clients and internal company brands (Google Ads & Bing)
• Build, manage and optimize client Local Service Ads (LSAs)
• Building out paid social advertising campaigns for clients & internal company brands (Facebook)
• Manage & optimize paid search budgets, bids, and creative assets.
• Manage & optimize paid social budgets, bids, and creative assets.
• Interface with high-level client stakeholders
• Making requests for content & landing pages to the appropriate internal teams
• Build out external facing client performance reports & internal billing reports

Required Skills

• 2-5+ years experience with Digital Advertising Platforms (primarily Google and/or Facebook)
• Proficient with Spreadsheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business management OR previous work experience in digital marketing or advertising with a successful track record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Experience with ahrefs & understanding both offsite & onsite SEO principles
• Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, etc)
• Experience with salesforce
• Client Management / Client Facing Account Management Experience
• Marketing or advertising experience in legal services
• Bonus points if you have a dog that can come to the office with you!
