Product Designer

Fyusion is a leading machine learning and computer vision company focused on automotive inspections and related applications. Our patented 3D format enables anyone to capture and display interactive 3D images using their smartphone, and enables significant added functionality with deep visual understanding and machine learning-driven analysis.
Founded in 2014, Fyusion is now part of the Cox Automotive family. Our team includes some of the world's top researchers and developers in light field imaging and AI, continuing to push boundaries and innovate at the highest level from our San Francisco research center.
The Product Design Team owns the end-to-end design process at Fyusion, delivering rich mobile and web solutions across the Fyusion ecosystem. This team values creativity and high-quality execution while constantly iterating to deliver robust and thoughtful product experiences and influence product roadmap.
We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at Fyusion, you will be a core member of the Product Team, collaborating with other designers, UX research, product managers, and engineers to uncover user needs and drive design decisions. This is a high-impact role that provides many opportunities for learning and professional growth in an actively evolving industry.

Here is the day to day:

• Maintain and evolve our design system
• Not only follow team processes, but also offer improvements
• Support features from request to implementation
• Do design across multiple mediums and platforms
• Prototyping and interaction design in Figma and similar apps

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience required
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Figma proficiency
• Ability to work within established design and product processes
• Ability to work in a shared design system
• Strong knowledge of traditional mobile and web design patterns
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Strong understanding of mobile guidelines such as Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
• Able to break down complex problems
• Constant learner, both in design and design tools, but also in technological areas we work within
