The selected candidate will join a fully remote, dynamic team that is responsible for attracting and engaging executive-level audiences across Health Evolution’s range of in-person and virtual events and initiatives. Health Evolution convenes several dozen virtual meetings and two, large in-person events each year:
- The Health Evolution Forum: The Forum is a peer-to-peer collaboration among leaders across health care sectors focused on driving near-term impact. The Forum currently consists of ten Roundtables and 200+ fellows. The ten current Roundtables include the following:

Job Description
The Manager is a critical and highly collaborative position on the content and programming team. The role is central to creating sophisticated, market-leading experiences and deliverables for CEOs and C-Suite executives across Health Evolution’s in-person and virtual gatherings. The Manager works closely with the team’s Executive Vice President, Directors, and Senior Managers to support planning, execution, and follow-up for multiple events and initiatives.
Ideal candidates are intellectually curious and highly motivated to help health care executives see complex challenges in a new light. They have excellent project management skills and a desire to work seamlessly with team members to ensure Forum Roundtable convenings are designed and executed in a timely and efficient manner. They are also effective communicators, both verbally and in writing, with an aptitude for creating organized, concise, and actionable summaries for an executive audience. Additionally, they have strong research and analysis skills, which include finding, reviewing, capturing, and synthesizing information from external industry sources and Health Evolution events to further the objectives of the Roundtables. Successful candidates have strong attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and time management skills to effectively advance multiple projects at once.
While deep subject matter expertise is not required, candidates should have relevant expertise or experience that aligns with one or more of Health Evolution’s six overarching focus areas: care model redesign, payment redesign, community-focused health, innovation & discovery, organizational transformation, and mental & behavioral health.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Contribute to Programming Team Operations
- Maintain and monitor work plans, perform project tasks, document important actions and decisions from meetings, and organize project documentation.
- Provide day-to-day planning and execution support to Senior Managers and Directors, which includes drafting meeting agendas, slides, and discussion outlines to facilitate effective peer-to-peer Roundtable conversations for senior executives.
- Partner with team members to complete high-priority team projects, including providing input on annual programming agenda, drafting and refining external-facing materials, and developing shared internal processes and templates.
- Manage project execution to drive toward defined milestones and goals, proactively identify potential challenges, and work with teammates to determine appropriate solutions.
- Support the design and execution of experiences at Summit and Connect, especially sessions that convene the Forum Roundtables at these in-person events, to create an engaging and integrated experience for executives participating in multiple Health Evolution convenings.
- Partner with team members to provide white-glove communications with executives and their staff to manage logistics across Health Evolution events.
