DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DIRECTOR

 

Coty is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Global Manufacturing and Logistic Team with responsibility for the Digital Transformation.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Digital Transformation Director, you are responsible for overseeing the digital transformation of manufacturing, Logistics &Transportation processes and operations. You will lead the data analytics and governance aspects of our digital transformation initiatives.

 

You will effectively support the business priorities within the logistic and manufacturing organization by working very closely with plants, distribution centers, and functional leaders.

This is a strategic role for a leader. The Director will collaborate closely with the Director of Operational Excellence to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into our manufacturing & logistic strategy. The role reports to the VP Operational Excellence & SND based in Amsterdam

 

 

Your main focus:

• Lead Global Digital Transformation: Oversee and manage digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and logistics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop & Implement Data Strategies: Drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools, implement data governance policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to identify, prioritize, and execute digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure Data Integrity & Security: Maintain data integrity and security across digital platforms while monitoring and reporting project progress.
• Provide Leadership & Maximize Impact: Lead the Manufacturing and Logistics Digital network, guide the transformation team, and ensure successful project execution.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You bring solid expertise in manufacturing and logistics management, and implementation of digital operational improvements on sites. As a Digital Transformation Director, you have the high ability to drive multiple projects to success.  You are agile, and strong in communication (verbal and written). You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have the following skills: 

• 15+ years FMCG and/or Beauty experience, preferably from a FMCG/packing industry.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies.
• Remote management: Remotely manage and develop a group of professionals spread across sites and regions.
• Strong problem-solving techniques; Curious, team player and leader; attention to detail / good project management. You know how to translate complex data into key takeaways with your analytical mindset.
• Stakeholder management: Ability to work with senior lead
