Our preschool is looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our front office running smoothly.

This position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in education administration.

Responsibilities Include:

* Answering phones and assisting families professionally

* Greeting parents, children, and visitors with a welcoming attitude

* Entering and maintaining accurate data and records

* Creating calendars, reminders, and helping keep schedules organized

* Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks

* Assisting with communication and organization across the preschool

* Creating social media content is a plus

* Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

* Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Extremely detail-oriented and organized

* Outgoing, positive, and professional personality

* Reliable, hardworking, and consistently on time or early

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

* Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
