We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our Cleveland-based team. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior account managers to support client projects, coordinate deliverables, and maintain strong business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in day-to-day client communication and coordination

• Maintain organized records of client interactions, contracts, and progress reports

• Support the preparation of proposals, briefings, and presentations

• Ensure client needs are met with accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 0–2 years of professional experience in client services, sales, or account support
