Senior Logistics Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Manager to join our team. As the Senior Logistics Manager at ARETUM, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations and ensuring the efficient and effective management of the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in conducting logistical tasks for commercial or government organizations.
• Logistical tasks include knowledge and experience of a broad range of policies, procedures and techniques related to inventory management in order to determine requirements, position/reposition items, initiate procurement, schedule maintenance and repair of items, and dispose of others.
• Knowledge and experience of specialized methods and techniques used to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of supply programs and/or operations.
• Knowledge and experience of the organization, regulations, policies and procedures of Coast Guard supply systems in order to accomplish material coordination responsibilities and make valid material management decisions.
• Knowledge and experience of the technical features and uses of assigned equipment and their relationship to supply and demand condition in order to successfully manage items, coordinate supply/program support and resolve supply/program support problems.
• Knowledge and experience of provisioning, transportation, storage, cataloging, maintenance, repair and disposal in order to perform material management processes and make material management decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a logistics related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
