Description
Summary/Objectives
Assists front line associates with operation affecting customers, deposit and teller services. The incumbent will be the point of contact for all branch staff. He/she will perform a wide variety of duties accurately, in a friendly, courteous, efficient and cooperative manner.
Essential Functions
- Work closely with branch staff, providing operational and desktop support.
- Research and resolve balancing situations and end-of-day issues.
- Research and resolve PIN resets for branch staff.
- Provide cash box assistance when requested.
- Provide new employee guidance.
- Provide guidance for branch staff on infrequently used transactions and routines.
- Address general ledger concerns that arise.
Secondary Functions
- Create, review and distribute reports to branch administration as requested.
- Support branch administration in various ways as requested.
- Collaborate with other desktop team members and communicate and collaborate with other members of various departments to solve the issues at hand.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, printers and filing cabinets.

Travel
If necessary, travel will be primarily during the work day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years bank experience
- Train-the-Trainer training complete with 3 to 6 months of actually training newly hired CSR
- ABA Supervisor Certificate or equivalent completed along with another non-required ABA Certificate (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable on branch services, CSR duties, as well as bank policies and procedures (balancing, how to find differences, etc.)
- Good leadership, training and coaching skills.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others regardless of personality, presence or communication style.
Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications
- Some college education
- Community involvement
- Significant knowledge and proficiency in desktop platform
