Senior Manager HR Operations

3Cloud’s Senior Manager HR Operations scales the HR systems and processes required to support a rapidly-growing company. You constantly look for ways to innovate and automate for increased efficiency and a better team member experience. You drive policies, people practices and compliance for a smooth-running HR function. You love being in the mix of process improvements, working at a fast-pace, and just getting things done. You make the next person’s job easier and help deliver the ultimate team member experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Champion data governance through partnerships with Finance & Accounting and Business Systems
• Create and execute the processes for maintaining employee records
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding practices with a focus on experience
• Update handbook, policies and procedures for compliance and experience
• Maintain systems and identify data integration / workflow opportunities
• Support HR peers in seasonal practices like performance and compensation reviews
• Support 3Cloud’s compensation programs and benefit plans
• Provide key reports and analytics to People Team peers
• Manage and develop the HR Operations team

Skills and Experience Useful in this Role:

• 5-7 years HR operations or HR management experience
• Demonstrated success in scaling HR operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
• Collaborative style with a focus on keeping others informed
• Experience with Paylocity, Salesforce and/or Power BI a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.

Base Salary Range$102,500—$164,000 USD
