We are currently hiring an HVAC & Electrical Manager to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you provided you meet or exceed our requirements. The person filling this role will report directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and will be expected to oversee a team of HVAC & Electrical Service Technicians and Installers.   This is a 24/7 business so drivenness and a commitment to grow the business is expected. The person filling this position must possess the drive, experience, and capacity to be a future Assistant GM for this location or one of our many others across the Front Range and U.S.

Requirements

• Sales driven witih a proven track record in this industry or similar
• 2+  years previous leadership and management experience
• Residential and Commercial service work experience a plus, but not required
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, disciplinary action and terminations
• Degree in business or related field preferred
• Excellent crititcal thinking and problem solving skills
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
