Construction Senior Project Manager
Hourly + Bonus | Field Leader | Hands-On

As our Sr. Project Manager, you are the front-end driver of reconstruction revenue.You will:

• Inspect properties after mitigation or insurance assignment 
• Build accurate, strategic estimates 
• Communicate directly with adjusters and homeowners 
• Drive approvals and convert opportunities into signed construction contracts 

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Sales

• Perform detailed property inspections (fire, water, reconstruction) 
• Write estimates using Xactimate or equivalent 
• Build scopes that are both accurate AND profitable 
• Present scope clearly to homeowners and close work 

Insurance & Adjuster Communication

• Handle all adjuster communication pre-construction 
• Defend scope and pricing with confidence 
• Negotiate supplements and approvals 
• Submit estimates through XactAnalysis or carrier platforms 

Project Conversion (CRITICAL KPI)

• Convert mitigation jobs into reconstruction contracts 
• Drive revenue through effective scope control 
• Maintain strong close rate on opportunities 

Pre-Construction Handoff

• Deliver clean, approved scope to production team 
• Coordinate with admin for contract + invoicing 
• Ensure project is ready to start within 7 days of approval 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:Requirements: 

• 3+ years estimating in restoration or construction 
• Experience with insurance claims (REQUIRED) 
• Xactimate or similar estimating software 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once 

Preferred:

• Previous SERVPRO or restoration experience 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 
• Experience working directly with adjusters 
• Leadership mindset (this is a senior role) 

PAY & INCENTIVES:

Hourly Rate: $80,000 – $120,000 annually
