Purity Dairy has an immediate job opening for a well-rounded Business Support Specialist to perform a wide array of functions including developing reports, processing documentation, record keeping, reporting and data entry.  The specialist will need to communicate effectively within your department and meet daily deadlines.

• $ 23.00 -$24.00 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Proficiency in Microsoft® Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• High degree of initiative
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong mathematical aptitude
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
• Ability to communicate with others at all levels in organizations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
