This role is responsible for managing local interaction with Eclipse, Irby’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, while monitoring Eclipse Queues, sales management tools, and other software resources. Provide field assistance to assigned branch locations as needed. Further responsibilities include monitoring each assigned branch’s process-flows to ensure the branch is current and running efficiently, using Queues, Dashboards, and Reports to identify areas that need improvement and work with local branch leadership to close gaps, train associates, and establish best practices.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with branches to assist in improving profitability, productivity, and cash flow by utilizing various Eclipse Queues, Dashboards, and Tools.
- Engage in-person and remote training with associates on efficient and effective Operations Tool utilization.
- Provide useful and specific data to managers to aid in identifying areas of operational focus.
- Assist Irby locations onsite as needed with operationally oriented objectives, including new branch startups, installation of operations-related resources, and the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc Eclipse and other software training for new employees and existing employees.
- Offer Eclipse system support to field teams, including trouble-shooting access issues, investigating queues, and aiding new-user setup.
- Conduct weekly reviews of all assigned branches utilizing the various tools provided.
- Identify branches needing assistance, focusing on areas with the most impact to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Effectively partner with local management and senior leadership to conduct monthly reviews with branches that require the most attention, including specific action items to be accomplished with follow-up to review progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience using the Eclipse/Solar ERP Platform.
- Work cooperatively with, train, and provide guidance and direction. to others; engage in teamwork and build great working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Maintain documentation for record-keeping.
- Promptly meet schedules and deadlines.
- Strategically plan and organize work.
- Work confidentially with discretion.
- Proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
