In Ireland, External Manufacturing has two sites; Global Headquarters based in Dublin 15 and a distribution centre in Shannon, Co Clare.</p><p></p><p>For more information about Bristol Myers Squibb, visit us at BMS.com/ie</p><p></p><p>The Role</p><p></p><p>BMS External Manufacturing is seeking to recruit on a permanent  contract Senior Manager, Supply Planning Systems Center of Excellence – DP/DS Planning Module Lead, reporting to Director, Planning Systems. </p><p></p><p></p><p>The DP/DS Planning Module Lead within the Planning Systems Center of Excellence, is expected be an expert of the Drug Product / Drug Substance Planning Capabilities within Advanced planning system and will be initial Point of Contact for the Drug Product / Drug Substance Planning Teams and GPLs for the Advanced Planning System</p><p></p><p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop a seamless partnership with IT to enable efficient / highly accurate ways of working with the development, enhancement and maintenance of advanced planning system Drug Product / Drug Substance planning tools</li><li>Develop a seamless partnership with Global Process Leads / Senior Functional Planning Stakeholders to design world class digital planning tools to ensure 100% user adoption that deliver maximum value</li><li>Work with GPLs / Planning and IT to design DP/DS planning tools that are simple to navigate, highly intuitive and satisfies business needs that will drive the enterprise</li><li>Own, Develop, Create, Maintain Business Training Documents to be leveraged by GPOs and Planning SME’s for training and knowledge sharing purposes</li><li>Expected to become an expert in this space in order to provide ad hoc training requests, scheduled training requests, workshop support etc.</li><li>Role will expect to become a lead expert in specific advanced planning algorithms / capabilities to be used by DP/DS planning teams, or other functions planning within advanced planning system of record.  Capabilities include:</li><li>On Hand and Planned Order Expiry Behaviors</li><li>Supply to demand allocation capabilities</li><li>Node specific Netting behaviors for better automated planning</li><li>Advanced Vendor level planning</li><li>Constraint Planning</li><li>Advanced Sourcing Intelligence</li><li>Attribute Based Planning</li><li>Supply Optimization</li><li>SEIO &amp; MEIO Inventory Optimization</li><li>Have a thorough understanding of how Drug Product / Drug Substance planning is occurring across all business units within advanced planning system.</li><li>Understand and prioritize shortfalls with DP/DS planning capabilities to continuously improve planning capabilities year over year.</li><li>Forges a seamless relationship with extended CoE Stakeholders and IT to deliver world class planning capabilities</li><li>Forges a seamless relationship with GPOs / GPLs, Functional SMEs ensuring needs are fully understood at all times</li><li>Ensure business needs are being represented and communicated accurately at all times.</li><li>Leads or has direct business oversight during the design, tradeoffs discussion, proof of concept testing, sprint testing, regression testing, UAT, training, cutover and hyper care for tool enhancements.</li><li>Expected to become system expert in advanced
