The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant to the Project Manager to join our team. This role is part-time and ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
The Assistant will help manage product specification sheets, support the Project Manager with day-to-day tasks, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. As Factory6 continues to grow, this role may expand into additional responsibilities and hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product specification sheets with accuracy.
- Work directly with the Project Manager to track timelines and follow up on tasks.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams (QA, Sales, R&D) to gather and verify ingredient and product information.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and project-related administrative needs.
- Help identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in supplements, food/beverage, or manufacturing industries (Preferred)
Work Schedule
- Part-time: Monday – Friday
- Flexible schedule (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
- No overtime requirements
Compensation
- $18.00 - $21.00 hourly (DOE)
- Opportunity for growth into full-time as business expands
