You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.</p><p> </p><ul type="disc"><li><span><span>Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).</span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs).</span></span></li><li><span><span>Assesses learning needs and delivers age-/culture-appropriate patient and family education.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Participates in unit and organizational performance improvement and required continuing education.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on-call.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Performs other duties as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p> </p><p><span><strong>What</strong></span><span><strong> </strong></span><span><strong>we're</strong></span><span><strong> </strong></span><span><strong>looking for</strong></span><span><strong> </strong></span><span>:</span></p><p>Applicants should have a current state RN license.
