Production Supervisor - Day Shift (12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation)

What You'll Do:

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Newnan Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals
• Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals
• Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of production, manufacturing, or operations leadership experience

• Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn systems like D365; experience with ADP payroll is a plus

• A calm, steady leadership style that motivates and supports the team without being overly rigid

• Experience managing 10–20+ team members in a fast-paced environment

• Strong focus on safety, quality, training, and continuous improvement

• Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems, and keep production flowing

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with maintenance, shipping, and other departments

• A leadership approach that balances accountability with respect, fitting well into a unified and collaborative culture

Work Schedule

This position follows a Day Shift, 12-Hour 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The rotation runs in a consistent two-week cycle:

 

Week A:

• Work: Monday, Tuesday
• Off: Wednesday, Thursday
• Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

 

Week B:

• Off: Monday, Tuesday
• Work: Wednesday, Thursday
• Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
