Departmental Mission Statement: The Facilities Management and Capital Planning department provides for the management and maintenance of 62 state-owned courthouses, and 42 leased facilities located in ten counties of the Commonwealth. Official Title: Plumbing, Electrician, HVAC Technician - Senior Maintenance Technician II-Brockton

Pay Grade: Grade 16S

Salary Range: $68,037.06  Pay Range Maximum: $100,275.76/yr.

Starting Pay: $68,037.06/yr.

Salary Notes: This position is designated as a Union position. All new hires must start at the entry level rate for this role per the collective bargaining agreement/MOA with OPEIU, Local 6. Pay may advance within the salary band according to the CBA/MOU.

Notes:

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2pm.
• Licensed in either Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrician is required.
• This position is considered essential personnel in certain emergencies and may be required to work outside of regularly scheduled hours, including staying late or coming in early.
• This position will be open for three weeks.
