Shift hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Position Summary: Provides administrative and operational support as needed to multiple lending functions in accordance with established systems and procedures. Ensures schedules and deadlines are met, coordinating with other departments as needed. Maintains appropriate files and records. Develops and prepares reports relating to duties or projects assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Board all new and renewed loans for consumers, consumer real estate, construction, commercial, and commercial real estate for all locations
- Process incoming loan payments and advances for all locations including participation, internal transfers, and processing of wire transfers
- Monitor construction loans and add new loans to BUILT Software
- Order and process inspections
- Process advances for draw requests
- Review various daily, weekly, and monthly reports and make required adjustments
- Research discrepancies of loan activity
- Attend all suggested training and/or webinar classes as assigned
- Maintain good working relationships with officers and employees

Back Up Job Functions:
- Scanning loan documentation
- Filing loan documentation in appropriate files

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
- Strong technical background with analytical skills and proactive problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience
- Previous experience with bank core systems preferred
- Good working knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
