Position Summary

The Analyst, Executive Reporting and Syndicated Data will work directly with the Manager, Executive Reporting to provide key analysis and reporting of business and category trends, portfolio performance and gap analysis. This person will work closely with data activation and data management teams to further drive data integrity and refine and elevate reporting metrics. This person will partner with external distributor team and internal Performance Management teams to ensure we are pulling together the right insights and deliverables for US Wholesale.  This person will closely collaborate with Region Performance Management team and Commercial Planning to evaluate and track Division level KPI goals and results related to distribution and account penetration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Executive Reporting

  • Assist in delivering Total US month end depletion reporting, incorporating needs for Regional and On/Off Channel sales leads.

  • Assist in delivering national reporting of syndicated data to provide key insights and growth opportunities in collaboration with Channel Insights and Performance Management teams.

  • Lead contact for Brand Planning Tier updates and annual Portfolio Hierarchy updates in collaboration with Brand Enablement and Finance.

  • Collaborate with Regional and National Account Sales, Finance and Marketing teams to help drive consistency and effectiveness of reporting

  • Collaborate with data activation team on the IQ platform, both for W&S and Polaris cubes to refine and elevate reporting and metrics including defining commercial prioritization of IQ enhancements

  • Ensure effective reporting tools are in place to drive results related to distribution and account penetration KPI’s and Initiatives.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of CBI brand and portfolio performance across all sales and merchandising metrics.

  • Assist with distribution and velocity analysis leveraging SGWS SalesNav tools.

Key Relationships:

  • VP Commercial Enablement, Sr. Director Planning and Performance Management, Regional Performance Management Team, On and Off Premise Channel Strategy Directors, Commercial Finance Manager, IDS Team, Marketplace Intelligence team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 2-5 years industry or CPG experience a must (can include internships).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent Microsoft suite proficiency, including superior Excel skills.

  • Strong knowledge of IRI/Nielsen

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, adjust to change and persuade at all levels, are key competencies of this role.

  • Ability to learn proprietary systems quickly (ex: MicroStrategy, NABCA Diver, etc.).

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
