Director, Product Management

ADP is hiring a Director, Product Management.

In this role, you will be responsible for product management leadership of our new-client onboarding platform and our award-winning partner channel platform, which support over 900K small business clients and over 100K partners. You will lead and coach a team of three product managers and work closely with multiple ADP teams of developers, user experience designers, content writers and researchers, along with key stakeholders across our service and implementation operations. You'll also be accountable for something else significant: the uncompromising quality of our products that support our brand in the small business market. 

 

Your day-to-day will focus on product strategy and leading your product management team to create and deliver innovative consumer-grade solutions that present a seamless intuitive client experience. You will work with product marketing, the sales organization, and the client service and implementation teams to ensure an effortless sales and operational process. You will collaborate and communicate with senior leaders and operations partners to gain alignment. 

 

To thrive in this role, your 7-10 plus years of experience in product managing customer-facing software solutions will have hands-on involvement in creating and executing successful strategies to deliver products to market in an Agile environment. You are skilled at explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information to various audiences for maximum impact. You inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging your teams to start new initiatives to innovate and explore new ways of doing things. • Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap. You'll use your ability to create and deliver a product vision, strategy and roadmap. You will define product direction and prioritization, balancing long-term strategy, market and competitive trends, and client feedback through continuous discovery.
