Position Highlights:

• Position: CNM with established group in Elmhurst, IL
• Location: Elmhurst Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Part time (0.5 FTE)
• Hours: Part time. Clinic hours to be determined

What you will need:

• CNM IL license
• Federal DEA and IL controlled substance license
• Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Prior CNM experience preferred but not required
