POSITION SUMMARY:

Project Manager III is a senior level position that is responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing, documenting, and communicating all aspects of service and installation projects. These types of projects will include managing contractually obligated external organizations responsible for the successful installation of our products to our customer’s specifications. These organizations include 3rd party contractors directly sourced from ESG (Environmental Solutions Group), original equipment manufacturers, sister company factory installers, internal installation teams, and dealer business partners. PM III also provides guidance to PM I’s and II’s to help facilitate their growth. This position relies on excellent verbal and electronic communication skills to coordinate activities, schedule resources, and identify and resolve project issues as they arise.  This position will develop detailed timelines, activities, and tasks and hold team members accountable for performing the required responsibilities for on-target execution of projects.  This position is responsible for reporting the project status to internal stakeholders and customers reliably. The successful candidate can internalize substantial amounts of data from multiple sources, handle and track multiple activities, often simultaneously, and summarize data points into succinct actionable items.
