Position: PRN (As needed)

Salary: $40/hour for training and $40/client visit

Location: Palm Harbor, FL 

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at MIND & MOBILITY Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in conducting assessments, supervising in-home visits, and evaluating caregivers. You’ll ensure high standards of care for our clients while maintaining open communication with our staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and in-home supervisory visits
• Evaluate caregivers and maintain high standards of client care
• Accurately complete necessary documentation in a timely manner

Requirements

  Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Proficiency in home visits and nursing services in accordance with state regulations
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Valid Florida Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
