Join us in driving progress in the working world and beyond. <strong>Your journey with us</strong><br/>We are looking for experienced professionals to join<strong> Deloitte’s Life Sciences Strategy practice</strong>, with a <strong>main focus on Market Access and Health Economics topics</strong> and an innate interest to <strong>turn advanced analytics into strategic insights</strong>. As a member of our team, you will work with stakeholders from many of the leading Life Sciences organizations (Pharma, Medtech, Biotech, …) on a broad range of complex engagements. <br/>The role of the (Senior) Consultant includes: • Engaging in high-quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market (market access, health economics and pricing). • Utilizing strong analytical and modelling skills to develop insightful analyses that inform client decision-making. • Supporting clients in determining their strategies and defining the right set of initiatives and projects to execute these strategies effectively. • Coordinates the creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables. • Delivering engagements, including independent management of larger project modules and leading a team of junior consultants. • Actively participating in business development and thought leadership activities to support the growth of our Life Sciences and Health Care practice with a specific focus on Market Access and Health Economics topics. <strong><br/></strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong><strong></strong> <strong>Let's talk about you</strong><br/>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Masters or MBA degree; PHD is a plus • Over four years of previous work experience in consulting or in the Life Sciences and/or health care sector, preferably within Market Access and Health Economics areas • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus) <br/>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SOFT SKILLS • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences and Health Care industry, particularly in pricing and/or market access strategies. • Strong analytical and modeling skills, proficient in tools and methodologies used in health economics and pricing analysis, such as Excel, Python, R. • Familiarity with global and local market access environments, pricing and reimbursement processes, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies, and payer requirements. • In depth knowledge in some therapeutic areas with a preference for immunology, oncology and/or vaccines • Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all organizational levels, including non-technical stakeholders. Excellent presentation and report-writing skills. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
