Automotive Retail Assistant Manager

We are looking for someone with a passion for leading a team and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>What You'll Do</span></u></strong></p> <ul> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs</span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation</span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Direct the workflow in the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Follow store opening and closing processes and manage day to day paperwork </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Assist in interviewing and onboarding store employees and writing work schedule </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Coach and develop employees to achieve store and personal goals and foster a positive work environment </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Oversee inventory management processes </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Ensure the facility is well-maintained </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area</span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Perform other duties as assigned by your manager </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>What We're Looking For</span></u></strong></p> <p><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>18 years old</span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Valid driver's license</span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>1 year of leadership experience in a retail and/or automotive service environment </span></li> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Customer-first mindset and ability to communicate clearly and professionally </span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>High school diploma or GED</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Physical Requirements:</span></p> <ul> <li><span><span> </span></span><span>Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u><span>Work Environment</span></u></strong><span> </span></p> <p><span>This position is based within a tire and automotive service retail store. Varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime.
