•Ensure that all required SLA. KPI and quality requirements are met

•Identify exception and in-scope cases and process accordingly                                                                                                                  

•Identify opportunities to improve and add value to services and products by implementing  ideas

•Ensure notes are informative and do not contain jargon

•Demonstrates active listening skills

•Validating the details for Motor cover submitted by the customer

•Understand the cover details – details on Driving license , year of driving experience etc
