Your main focus will be technical implementation of our solutions to our customers.</p><p>As <strong>Technical Customer Delivery Manager,</strong> you will join a team of 3 fellow experienced colleagues and together you will be responsible for technical customer implementations and configurations on our platforms within the product management context; You will coordinate efforts of the Implementation team and provide support and expertise to our internal stakeholders at Nexi (SDMs, KAMs, Discovery teams) as well as provide overall great experience to our customers.</p><p><strong>Your key tasks and responsibilities are: </strong></p><ul><li>Technical configuration of standard services and projects (clearing, settlement, authorisation)</li><li>Implementation of new customers/products for various payment schemes</li><li>Implementation and configuration of new products for existing customers</li><li>Lead customers through the relevant milestones of their technical implementation journey</li><li>3rd line support on existing Visa and Mastercard products</li><li>Define the business and user requirements</li><li>Participating in customer meetings and dialogue (e.g. scope meetings, project meetings)</li><li>Contribute to team weekly meetings, providing updates on your active projects </li></ul><p>You'll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.
