About the Position: 

Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health is recruiting for a Behavioral Health Case Manager – Social Work Dept. This position provides professional case management and intake services to assist clients receiving treatment through advocacy, referral assistance, and by preparing individual care plans based on recovery goals and strategies. 

 

This position is fully grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Continued employment is dependent on the continuation of funding.  

 

Job Type/Salary:  

  • Open/Close dates: 8/13/2026 - 8/19/2026 

  • Full-time 

  • Hourly rate: Level III- $23.79; Level II- $22.95; Level I- $21.63 

  • Primary Working Hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm 

  • FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt 

  • Primary Work Location/Department:  Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health – Social Work Dept 

  • Vacancies: Multiple 

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 

Level III - Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a minimum of 36 (thirty-six) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and possess a High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or High School equivalency (HSE) Credential and two (2) years of professional experience. 

OR The completion of 60 (sixty) college credit hours and a minimum of 12 (twelve) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder and two (2) years of professional experience. 

OR A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field from a regionally accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and have a minimum of six (6) months of direct, documented experience working with persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorder an
