What is this role? 
As the Field Marketing Operations Associate for Cirkul, you will optimize the operations that facilitate retail and event activation strategies. This role is pivotal in working closely with operations coordinators, coordinating logistics, travel arrangements, and providing essential support with marketing and product materials to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives within the designated region.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Coordination of logistics for events and activations, including transportation, equipment, and venue logistics. Ensure all resources are efficiently utilized and adhere to the budget.
• Taking Ownership: Manage the inventory of marketing materials, product samples, and promotional items. Ensure accurate distribution and timely replenishment as needed.
• Making Decisions: Analyze data and generate insightful reports from events and retail activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve future marketing strategies.
• Cultivating Relationships: Work closely with a team of Operations Coordinators and Interns, providing support to ensure efficient and effective operations support for the field marketing team. 
• Instilling Trust: Build trust with cross-functional and field team members through consistently delivering on key commitments, meeting deadlines, and following through on all administrative tasks to facilitate efficient team operations.
• Customer Focus: Proactively engaging with marketing partners and field team members to resolve any issues or concerns that arise, demonstrating commitment to driving a premium brand experience.

What background should you have? 

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or marketing support roles.
• Understands how to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work hours as required.
• Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and a passion for optimizing field marketing operations.
