<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>Software Development & Support<p><br/><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>Up to 10%<p><br/><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>Ability to Obtain Public Trust<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative technology solutions.</p></li><li><p>Work with senior executives to understand their pain points and design feasible and actionable solutions to address them using technology.</p></li><li><p>Oversee citizen development teams, ensuring alignment with technical best practices and delivery of high-quality, scalable digital tools.</p></li><li><p>Drive integration and collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness and connectivity of financial systems.</p></li><li><p>Identify and unlock technology potential within the client’s environment, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, guiding teams through execution while maintaining a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate technology modernization opportunities including performing analysis of alternatives to compare low code technology solution options against enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.</p></li><li><p>Embed financial management standards into the design and development of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with federal financial policies, audit readiness, and operational integrity.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with technology practitioners to drive the creation of scalable AI prototypes, serving in a product manager role.</p></li></ul><p><br/><br/><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD/DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
