Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operations, to lead sales and account management operational excellence while driving large-scale, transformational initiatives that enable scalable growth across our go-to-market (GTM) teams.  This individual will partner closely with leaders, in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Finance to deliver high-impact projects that optimize revenue performance, streamline operations, and align GTM strategy with execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify operational gaps and risks, implementing proactive solutions to accelerate outcomes.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment and adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Drive GTM process optimization to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Design and execute complex GTM projects (e.g., process automation, territory optimization, forecasting improvements).
  • Establish program governance, success metrics, and timelines to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and data to perform effectively.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Enablement to align execution with strategic goals.
  • Support initiatives such as territory planning, pipeline management, and performance forecasting.
  • Manage operational KPIs and reporting to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or client delivery leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Proven success managing large-scale projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of forecasting, incentive compensation, and performance analytics.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
