A Day in the Life
PLEASE NOTE: This posting is specifically for individuals attending the National Sales Network (NSN) Career Event who are interested in Clinical Specialist roles at Medtronic.We are actively seeking top talent for Clinical Specialist opportunities across all operating units and locations.
Our Clinical Specialists are vital partners in the field—delivering technical expertise, supporting complex procedures, and ensuring the safe and effective use of our innovative medical technologies.
In this role, you will:
· Provide in-depth clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams in hospitals, clinics, and physician offices
· Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, supporting key cases where specialized knowledge of Medtronic products is critical
· Serve as a trusted clinical expert in the field, building strong relationships with medical professionals
Most Clinical Specialist positions are field-based and require comfort working in procedural settings, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient impact.

Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered for these roles, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile.
High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
Associate degree with a minimum 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
A Bachelor’s degree
NOTE: Specific education and experience requirements vary based on level and business unit.

For our full-time Clinical opportunities, we are seeking committed professionals, who may be required to reside within a specific territory while driving to multiple accounts throughout a specified region, to join our winning teams. A valid driver's license is essential for Clinical roles, which may also include travel outside of the assigned territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.
