Your Responsibilities As A Caregiver:
- Support individuals in their daily lives, offering comfort and dignity while giving families peace of mind.
- Assist with everyday tasks like mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation when needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship, patience, and empathy, ensuring their emotional and social well-being.
- Observe and monitor clients’ conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the office promptly to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
- Communicate openly with our team to help coordinate personalized care plans that respect each client’s needs and preferences.
- Provide essential, in-home support that empowers clients to live independently in a safe and comfortable environment.
- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- CPR certification (classroom-based)
- Proof of completion for required Florida trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet client needs with a genuine concern for others’ well-being
- Dependability an commitment to providing top-quality care
