IT Support Analyst (Night Shift)

This role involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments across our Kermit and Monahans, Texas locations. If you are a quick learner with a passion for systems, networking, and desktop support, we want to hear from you!</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously develop expertise in systems and network administration to enhance performance and efficiency.</li> <li>Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Veeam, and VMware, contributing to the optimization of virtual environments.</li> <li>Deliver responsive and effective end-user support through a ticketing system, phone, and direct requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.</li> <li>Collaborate with Systems Administrators on diverse projects, providing valuable assistance in troubleshooting and system maintenance.</li> <li>Create and refine detailed documentation of processes and procedures to standardize workflows and improve knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Proactively address after-hours IT requests, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalating complex problems as necessary.</li> <li>Deploy and configure IT assets across enterprise environments, aligning technology with business needs.</li> <li>Support backup and disaster recovery processes to maintain data integrity and business continuity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven ability to provide desktop support for both local and remote staff in manufacturing (outdoors) and office environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with desktop software, networking (routers, switches), and troubleshooting IT issues both in person and remotely.</li> <li>Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.</li> <li>Willingness to travel and work across multiple Texas locations (primarily Kermit and Monahans) with flexible, on-call availability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You Will Stand Out</strong&g
