This role, though will need to work in enabling more business in Payor / healthplans side, but will also primarily focus on scaling the sales team and making them successful for their target achievement.

Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will responsible for overall project implementation and delivery for our clients. As an owner, you will be responsible for owning the project from start to finish, participate in a day-to-day programs/project reviews, dispose of issues and project scope changes, participate and approve project plans as required, manage, review and prioritizes the project work plans with objective to stay on time and on budget, provide status and progress reviews to executive team and conduct risk management analysis as well as client management as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently own the successful delivery of all assigned projects including managing all cross-function work stream owners
- Responsible for end-to-end project deliveries (Scope, estimation, planning, UAT, implementation and production)
- Assess progress and report status to management and key constituents. Highlight areas of concern or needed assistance.
- Track status of project timelines and milestones and communicate with management and team members.
- Responsible for overall quality review of project, ongoing and final evaluation and documentation of team/project procedures
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Qualifications
- Experienced in complete software development life cycle (SDLC) such as Analyzing, Designing, coding, Testing and Documentation of software products
- Experienced in Healthcare Solution Implementation projects
- Value-Based Care / Payer / Provider domain knowledge - US Healthcare experience
- Handled Project Value - $4 Million++, Team size – 20+, Implementation time period – 9 months +
- Experienced in Onshore Offshore coordination
- Good Communication skills
- Adhere to SOW and Change Request management
Project Tool experience: JIRA / MS Project / Bitrix / Redmine or Similar
Good to Have:
- Awareness of build automation tools like Jenkins etc
- Awareness of version control systems like SVN etc
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent technical field experience / Masters (Fulltime) from reputed University.
