Senior Investment and Asset Management Professional

We are now looking for a Senior Investment and Asset Management Professional to join our growing team in Oslo. In this role, you will be responsible for active ownership of Infranode’s portfolio of investments. You will work closely with portfolio company management teams, represent Infranode in boards, and ensure that each asset delivers strong financial, operational, and societal value over the long term.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Take an active ownership role by representing Infranode on portfolio company boards and work closely with management
• Drive strategic and operational value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize asset performance to ensure attractive long-term returns.
• Collaborate with management teams to strengthen business plans, governance, and risk management.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, including external partners, co-investors, and industrial players.
• Provide portfolio insights to support Infranode’s overall investment strategy and decision-making.

We believe the ideal candidate should have:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally combining management consulting or investment banking with operational exposure from asset-heavy or industrial companies.
• Demonstrated track record in performance improvement and value creation within the infrastructure sector.
• Strong boardroom presence and experience in representing investors or owners in senior forums.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure sectors and renewable energy, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate strategy into tangible results.
