Senior Director, Strategic Finance

How you’ll make an impact
As the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will lead our financial planning and analysis efforts, partnering closely with executive leadership to provide valuable insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. Your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning will be critical in driving our financial performance to new heights.
What you’ll do
Financial Strategy: Develop and communicate the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesFinancial Planning and Analysis: Lead the long-term financial planning processes, providing insights into revenue growth, cost management, and investment decisionsFinancial Modeling: Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess potential scenarios, risks, and opportunities, and support strategic decision-makingCapital Allocation: Evaluate and optimize capital allocation strategies, including investment in new initiatives, acquisitions, and capital expendituresTeam Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvementStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making across the organization

What you’ll bring with you
Experience• Proven experience (12+ years) in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role• SaaS industry experience in a high-growth startup or public technology company• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor• Excellent communication and presentation skills to make recommendations to senior management• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
