Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption.  Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work. 

Job Description

If so, this is an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our team. We're seeking a Senior Program Manager, Digital Ventures to join us in our fight against cancer.This role will support the MSK Innovation Hub, a program which enables and accelerates partnerships between MSK and digital health companies focused on innovating new digital technologies and products for cancer care and cancer research.

 

You will:

  • Develop, scale, and run program operations, ensuring they are in sync with divisional and institutional strategy and priorities
  • Ensure program objectives are met on time and in-full by managing the development and execution of cross-functional plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage execution risks while also addressing unforeseen challenges as they arise
  • Bridge the gap between the development and implementation of programs and program elements, including proactive identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate, interact, and influence a diverse internal and external audience
  • Achieve objectives by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Make complex initiatives meaningful to internal and external stakeholders, using multiple communication channels
  • Serve as a mentor to our team of professionals

You have:

  • Successfully managed complex cross-functional projects, programs, and initiatives with a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Built and launched digital health products or meaningful familiarity with how technology products are developed and commercialized
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
