What you'll be doing:

The Senior Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a seamless and timely supply of goods to meet demand, while effectively managing freight costs and inventory levels to support EBITDA.
You will work with suppliers across Asia, LATAM, and Europe to purchase Avon products and distribute them from the central hub to branches throughout Europe and Africa. You will also be involved in production transfer projects, new product implementations, and serve as a subject matter expert in the improvement and development of planning systems.
As a senior team member, you will be expected to provide valuable insights, share best practices, support your colleagues, and represent the supply planning function externally.

Key responsibilities:

• Balancing targeted levels of service/product availability with inventory/cost across whole Avon EMEA Supply Chain or its client
• Close cooperation & communication with Mafufacturing, NPD, Sourcing, Commertial marketing, Branches, Deployment agents, Warehouse and Quality teams
• Managing production executed by manufacturing or subcontractor
• Using advanced ERP, B2B and LCM (Life Cycle Management) systems, exercising modern supply planning techniques.
• Mitigation of demand volatility factor and adjusting game plan regarding supply vs. demand equilibrum.
• Translating products’ life cycle (development-introduction-growth-maturity-decline) into relevant supply strategies. Distribution of finished goods from Central Warehouse & managing Inter Subsidary Shipments across Avon EMEA locations.

We'd love you to have:

• University degree or student (logistics faculty - welcome).
• ~5 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Very good command of English.
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-reliance, accuracy.
• Continuous improvement spirit.
• Willingness to learn, focus on development.
