Essentials:

• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken

• Must also be fluent both written and verbally in at least 1 other language (2 ideally - German, Italian, Polish) 

• Must have some experience or desire to learn within digital marketing - influencers & affiliate marketing.

• Must be familiar with TikTok and versed in Global & Local TikTok Trends

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Sharing your knowledge of your local market - reviewing the marketplace from the perspective of a user.

• Carry out some market research, gathering feedback from influencers, regular users, peers etc on the app.

• Help us with localisation in many different aspects: the marketplace, influencer offers + growth tools, copy, language and influencer assets on https://promote.sweatco.in.

• Participating in direct influencer outreach - onboarding influencers from specific regions to join our program through email and social media platforms.

• Helping our influencers with support queries in your native language across different channels: Email, TikTok, Whatsapp, Instagram etc.

• Working with content creators and guiding them every step of the way to source great quality videos

• Contributing to content creation efforts within the team

The initial contract is 3 months and following performance, the intern can be given a longer contract afterwards, followed by a change in position.
